1, reinforced clamping structure: using positive and negative ball screw thread make clamps sliding by mode of self-centering.
2, thread head processing: clamping reinforced,then turn head and axially feed to complete threads processing. Peel rib rolling head turns by the main motor to reducer with rotational speed of 50 r/min. the feeding is completed through the operator pull the handle,there is a course from gears,rack drive reducer and peel rib rolling thread head along the slide bar movement
3 thread rolling wheel, composed by 3 pieces, interchangeable installation.
4 feeding and backing system: press the main motor button, motor make reducer and stripped rib rolling turns heads turning , the operator pull the handle to reach feeding. Threaded processing is completed, travel switch contact press switch button, reverse returned to the starting position after delay and automaticlly stop.
