3QV-AF Vertical Froth Pump
The 3QV-AF Vertical Froth Pump is one type of Vertical Slurry Pump with a 3-inch outlet. It uses the same bearing assembly as the 65QV-SP sump slurry pump. The bearing body is fixed with motor base or bracket so that it can be connected by direct driving or intermediate driving. The feed box of this Conical Froth Pump is equipped with a tangential inlet and a vortex finder. The vortex finder can easily return the excess incoming slurry back to the slurry pool. The slurry can be rapidly entered into pump through the tangential inlet and a part of foam can be removed. The construction of pump head is double casing and identical with 3-inch Heavy Duty Slurry Pump. This Mining Flotation Froth Pump is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry contained of foam, particularly suitable for use in a variety of flotation processes.
