IS Centrifugal Clean Water  Pump

•    Product Introduction

  Series IS clean water pump is single-stage, single-suction (axial suction ) centrifugal water pump, for supplying and draining in cities, some industries and farming irrigation. It is suitable for pumping clean water or liquids with aqueous physicochemical properties. Max temperature of the liquid should not exceed 80°C.

   •     Product Feature

 1. The water pump consist of pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft and bearing house etc. The single casing pump adopts a structure of rear-door, for facilitating maintenance without dismantling pipe system of inlet and outlet. Much convenience is in application.

  2. In order to balance axial forces, there are seal rings before and behind the impeller, and is as well as balance holes in the back of the impeller. Because of axial forces in some pumps are not strong, there are no seal ring and balance hole with the impeller.

  3. The shaft sealing adopt with packing sealing and mechanical sealing.

  4. To avoid shaft wear, the shaft through the sealing chamber is protected by a sleeve. Between the shaft sleeve and the shaft is equipped with o-ring seal, in case along with surface air intake or leaking.

  5. The pump is driven by an elastic coupling connected to the motor. Viewed from the driver, the pump rotates in clockwise.
