6S-H High Head Mining Duty Pump

6S-H high head mining duty pump is made of metal lining, and the large-flow horizontal centrifugal slurry pump with the same size of the inlet and outlet as 6 inches. It can withstand extreme wear and can work even under the most severe working loads. This sludge pump performs well in the use of copper mining slurry pump, wear-resistant pump, ball mill slurry pump, mineral processing slurry pump, etc. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and frequency conversion drive control can be used to make the whole pumping system more energy-saving.

Product Feature

1. Robust design with extra thick sections at known points of wear, and rigid, large diameter shaft.

2. The tapered roller bearing is adopted at the pump end. Cylindrical roller bearing is adopted at the drive end, and the service life of the bearings is lengthened.

3. Multiple shaft sealing options for every application: packing seal, expeller drive seal, mechanical seal.

4. The discharge outlet has eight positions at 45 degree intervals that can be selected to meet the installation and application requirement.

5. Various driving modes of the pump: Direct drive, V-belt drive, Hydraulic coupling drive, Reducer drive, VFD.
