1200WN is driven by the gearbox that is driven by the medium voltage variable-frequency motor.It can realize the variable-speed performance at multi
working condition points with the fine self-absorbing and wear resistant
property. It is also easy to dismount with steady operation and low noise. It
is equipped with the self-supply seal system with water-sand filter and
lubricating system and has a fine durability.It is usually used as cutter-suction dredger or trailing suction dredger slurry pump inboard.
The pump is large-calibre double shell sand dredge pump.It can meet the
requirement of single pump and double pump performing in series connection.The safety and reliability of the double pump casing design keeps the volute liner can be used to close to wear out, and when the liner was broken, no water will enter the pump room.The shaft seals adopts screw shaft sleeve with L-shaped rubber seal device, which consists of three L-shaped seal rings and one threaded shaft sleeve.This design is reliable and no leakage.For these large WN series dredge slurry pumps,the gear box is connected with own bearing bracket.Lubrication
