SMWNL300 dredging pump is a single casing horizontal slurry pump. Compared with SMWN300, SMWNL300 has lower head and lighter weight. This sand slurry pump can pump sand and gravel equipped on dredger ship or boat. SMWNL300 sand dredge pump is suitable for inland river dredging, coastal embankment, coal mines, power plants and other enterprises to transport solid particles containing slurry. The wet ends of these WN series dredge slurry pumps are made of high wear resistant and strong corrosion resistance chrome alloy, which have the  characteristics of energy saving, good wear resistance, reliable operation in the delivery of solid particles.

•  Product Feature

1. Using advanced hydraulic model, the sand dredge pump has low hydraulic loss, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The service life of each part is fully considered in the process of product design. The same replacement cycle reduces the maintenance and replacement costs.

2. The structure is simple and reliable.

This gravel sand pump adopts single casing structure. According to the connecting way of gear box can provide two kinds of typical structures, one is connected with own bearing bracket, the other is combined with reduction gear box. The lubrication of pump with bearing bracket is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication.

3. The shaft seal is reliable and no leakage.

The shaft seals adopt screw shaft sleeve with L-shaped rubber seal device, which consists of three L-shaped seal rings and one threaded shaft sleeve.

4. Excellent wear resistance and long life of wet parts. The metal spare parts are made of strong wear resistant alloy cast iron whose hardness is not less than 58HRC.

5. The performance of dredging is excellent. The flow and head curve of the pump is steep, the suction ability is strong, the ability of passing the pump is good, the change of the distance is more applicable, and the depth of digging and the higher transportation concentration can be reached.

6. Easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain. The front dismantling structure is adopted, and special disassembly tools are equipped to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
