Hexagonal Tube Settler Introduction

The Tube Settler Media for Lamella Clarifier is made of PVC/PP, Called PP tube settler and PVC tube settler using infrared thermostatic mechanical heat to pull into six corners of the tube, and the high frequency is welded into the whole product. The lamella modules with 45° channel inclination are designed to separate out oil and hydrocarbons present in discharge water by accelerating the natural process of stratification by gravity.  These are extensively employed in the most demanding applications such as flotation units or clariflocculators and can be supplied with frames for containment and/or lifting, executed in AISI 304, 316L or galvanised steel, support shelves or profiled wall-anchoring supports, overflow channels with Thomson weirs.
