Tobee^® TG14x12G Diesel Engine Sand Pump is single-stage single-casing horizontal dredging pump driven by diesel engine through a gearbox, The materials of wear parts are made from high chrome alloy with hardness is no less than 60HRC, adopting grease lubrication for bearings to ensure stable running on the strong frame, It is widely used in the river platform, barges, marine ship or dredger for pumping sands, gravels, slurries, muds, sludges, stones or other big particle solids etc.

Design Features:

• Bearing assembly - Large diameter shaft with short overhang contributes to long bearing life.
• Liners - Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued to the casing for positive maintenance.
• Casing - Casing halves of cast or ductile iron provide high operating pressure capabilities.
• Impeller - Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination.
• Throatbush - Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered.
