Customized BOPP Laminated Block Bottom Cement Bag

We can make and supply Cement Bags of various types with valve on the top and printed in few colours. These bags are for packing 50 Kilo of Cement. Generally these are made from coated PP woven fabric. With introduction of new volumetric machine, we will have a great capacity to make these bags in our factory .

Ad*star Block bottom valve bag loading is from 25 to 50kg, and printing can be offset, flexo, and also gravure print. On both side. 

Block bottom valve bag is commonly used for the automatic packaging, transportation and storage of cement, fertiliser, granulates, animal feed and many other dry bulk products. The bag is stronger than paper, quick to fill and has a good moisture barrier;

AD*STAR® is the well-known sack concept for powdery material - in use worldwide, patented internationally, and produced exclusively on Starlinger machines. The brick-shaped PP woven sacks, produced without adhesives by heat-welding of the coating on the fabrics, was developed with automated filling and landing processes in mind. As a result of the material characteristics and the special production process, the weight of an average 50 kg AD*STAR® cement sack can be as low as 75 grams. A comparable 3-layer paper bag will weigh about 180 grams and PE-film bag 150 grams. An economical use of raw material not only helps minimize cost, it is also a valuable contribution to the preservation of our environment.
