              How to order diamond grinding wheel                                        

 1.Advise grinding material（Carbide saw blades or tools）                  

 2.Confirm grinding wheel shape（please see above picture）             

 3.confirm the dimensions（letters and digits）                               

 4.if you don't have the above detailse，please make a drawing            

 5.Choose grit size correctly

            Grinding wheel instruction and guidelines                                    

 1.Check the grinding wheel for damage before use.                                      

2.check saw blades or tools before working,If damaged,pay attention to avoid.  

3.When making saw blades or tools,there will be a huge consumption of grinding wheel.ITis recommend rough grie like D107 or D64.

If you require better grinding,you can choose fine grinding like D46.                               

 4.During working,the grinding wheel need enough coolant liquid,moderate speed and workload.overspeed will reduce working life.

If working in low speed IT is not effcient.                 

5. During working,please sharpen grinding wheel in time(sharpen it till the surface is smooth)If grinding wheel is deformed,please repairs it is time.
