Post-prestressed Concrete Grouting Agent

Post-prestressed Concrete Grouting Agent, compounded by main material (inorganic functional material ) and organic polymer functional material, is a new type admixture with integrated performance of high water reducing, high strength, high molding, microdilatancy and low bleeding. When mix with comment, it doesn’t only improve the flowing ability on the condition of low water to cement ratio, but also effectively solves the contradiction between high flowing ability and segregation in multiterm, multicomponent, heterogeneous mixing system such as cement. It greatly reduces the bleeding of grouting material, meanwhile the appropriate expansion due to concrete mixed with grouting agent can compensate the shrink of cement hardening during different period.

1. Good flowing ability, high strength, no bleeding, no segregation andn no delamination. 

2. Micro-expansion, the grouting has fully early strength, bonding firmly with concrete.

3. It has high filling property, and one-time pressure drop construction without any pore inside while connecting closely.

4. It has high durability, high aging resistance, and no steel corrosion would be found.

Application

It’s widely used on railway, highway, bridges and other large post-prestressed project.

 Packing and Storage

1. Packing: composite bag packing of net weight 40kg per bag. Avoid package damage during transportation and storage.
2. Storage: stocked in dry place, avoid sun exposure. Guarantee period: 12 months.
