Corrosion-inhibiting and Sulfate-resistant Admixture
GK-6B is a multi-functional high-performance admixture with water reducing, early strength and anti-corrosion. It’s widely to apply for coal measure strata, sulphide ore strata, saline soil area, coastal port, seawater infiltration area and other poor geological condition area with SO4-2 and CL-1. It can improve the concrete durability observably.
A. Technical Parameter
1. Superior durability. It can bear medium sulphate corrosion, prevent or retard CL-1 corrosion and extend the working life for the concrete added with RS-5A.
2. It can improve the concrete work-ability. On the condition of the concrete slump >20cm, the concrete added with RS-5A has no bleeding, no segregation and good compactibility.
3. Recommended dosage:3-5%.
B. Operation Instruction
1. The dosage should be strictly weighted and controlled, meanwhile extend the mixing time.
2. In order to achieve the ideal performance, it should take good concrete curing after removing the mould.
C. Packing and Storage
1. Packing: the powder is packed with plastic bag with lining package, 50kg per bag.
2. Storage: It should be stocked in cool and dry warehouse, avoid to be damped.
