Introduction of Vertical Tank Mixer
The tank body, tank cover, stirring blade, tank bottom shearing homogenizing emulsifier, inlet and outlet valve of this equipment are all polished inside and outside of stainless steel. There is a stirring paddle inside, and a cycloid pinwheel planetary reducer on the top, which drives the stirring paddle and can be assembled and disassembled and cleaned. There is also an openable tank cover for cleaning. The tank bottom high-shear homogenizer can strongly mix solids and Liquid raw materials can quickly dissolve insoluble materials such as AES/AESA/LSA in liquid washing production, saving energy consumption and shortening the production cycle. 1. The tank body is made of high-quality stainless steel plate welding. The material contact part is SUS304 or 316L stainless steel. The tank body and pipeline are mirror polished, which fully meets the GMP requirements.

The strong mixing of solid and liquid raw materials can quickly dissolve AES/AESA/LSA and other insoluble materials (emulsified fine The temperature reaches 1μm), which saves energy and shortens the production cycle.
4. The mixing frequency converter can adjust the speed, which can produce high-quality products with different processes according to customer requirements. Flexible control of the mixing speed can avoid too much foam due to high speed. The stirring speed can be set at will according to requirements.
5. The height requirement from the discharge port to the ground can be selected. The discharging is convenient, with a discharging port on the bottom, and a stainless steel quick-release butterfly valve, etc. After mixing evenly, turn the valve handle 90° to discharge the material, and close it when the discharging is completed. The delivery pump can also be configured for discharge.
6. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can comprehensively monitor the operation of the equipment, and can display the stirring speed and set the emulsification time.
