Structure and characteristics

The vertical spiral conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery or granular dry materials vertically or with a large inclination. There are 200, 250 and other models for users to choose from. It is suitable for materials with low viscosity and loose material density. The maximum conveying height is generally not more than 20 meters, and the height of the fuselage is one step per 0.5 meters. A corresponding lifting conveying system can be formed according to different site needs.

Conveying principle

The vertical screw conveyor uses the high speed in the vertical circular shell and the centrifugal force generated by the spiral body to overcome the friction between the material and the spiral surface and the edge caused by the weight of the material by the friction between the material and the shell. Features

1. Simple structure and small space occupation;

Vertical screw conveyor selection instructions

1. The vertical screw conveyor is composed of a horizontal feeding screw and a vertical lifting screw, which can be continuously variable to control the flow rate. 

2. The transmission of the vertical lifting screw has two forms: direct drive and lateral drive. The lateral drive is used for occasions where the height is restricted. 3. The discharge port of the vertical spiral can be arranged in 360° arbitrarily rotating.
